Construction and Working Principle
The hand pump is comprised of a cylinder, a piston, a fine adjuster, a vent- -valve, a hand -grip and a fast speed connector. The hand-grip can be pressured and relicved by one hand repeatedly , thus causing the piston to reciprocate itself, with which the volume of the cylinder varies and output pressure develops up to 0~ 230 psi.
Application
The hand-operating pressure pump is a kind of pneumatic type hand-operating pressure source. It is designed to calibrate the pressure measuring instruments installed on the industrial working site and various pressure instruments in a control room. It can also provide the pressure source for any calibrating work in a factory. The hand operating pressure pump can calibrate pressure transmitters, pressure sensors and any kind of pressure instruments within the range of 0~ 230psi. The hand-operating pressure pump is portable and light. It has a wide range of temperature and ease of pumping up and operation.
Caustions
Use a pipe to connet both master pressure gauge and instrument to be calibrated. 2.While pumping up, please turn the vent- valve clockwise to leak tightness. While unloading, do it in opposite way. 3.When pressure instrument is being calibrated, each joint point should be airtight. After the calibration, make sure to relieve all the pressure prior to removing the instrument, if not it will be dangerous and the instrument will get damaged.
