Wind Pressure Transmitter, Gas Micro Differential Pressure Negative Pressure Sensor


The differential pressure sensor is made of refined silicon piezoresistive differential pressure core, and the housing is made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel structure. The two pressure interfaces are M10 thread and plug structure, which can be directly installed on the measuring pipeline or connected through a pressure pipe. Widely used in the fields of dust removal equipment, boiler air supply, underground ventilation, power and coal industries, as well as in the process control of leakage pressure for beverage bottles and cans packaging materials such as paint and beverages.


The device deforms the sensor strain film by applying wind pressure, and outputs a 4-20mA or 0-10V standard signal after amplification processing. The range is ± 50Pa~100KPa, with a comprehensive accuracy of 0.5% FS~1.0% FS, a pressure resistance value of three times the range, and a mechanical interface standard of M10 × 1 thread. The shell is mostly made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel material, and some products have an IP65 protection level.
