Core working principle
Pressure sensors achieve pressure measurement based on the piezoresistive effect Its core component is a silicon diaphragm, on which a Wheatstone Bridge structure varistor is formed through ion implantation process When external pressure is applied to the diaphragm, it deforms, causing a change in the resistance of the varistor. The bridge outputs a differential voltage signal proportional to the pressure.
Signal processing flow
1. Pressure sensing: Pressure is transmitted to the silicon diaphragm through a 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragm, and the deformation of the diaphragm changes the resistance of the varistor;
2. Bridge conversion: The Wheatstone bridge converts resistance changes into millivolt level voltage signals (such as 0-100mV/V);
3. Signal amplification: The built-in amplifier amplifies weak signals into industrial standard outputs (such as 4-20mA or 0-10V);
4. Temperature compensation: Integrated temperature sensor corrects the impact of environmental temperature on resistance to ensure long-term stability;
